Looking for a good, cheap gym....

I really need to start hitting the weights again anyone have any good suggestions near Hemel Hempstead? Also, I know some people and I may be able to get some serious discounts or even a sponsorship from http://www.pridenutrition.com/ so if anyone is interested let me know and I will look into.

Hey Rob,

A couple of my mates go to a pretty decent gym in Hemel - I'll find out the name for you.

With regards to the sponsorship thing can you PM me or e-mail me at apattni@sp-uk.com with the details please as this is something we are actively working on as a committee and any intro's to potential sponsors is greatly appreciated.

I'm also trying to get hold of Beaumonts gym to see if we can strick up a deal with them (they have a few gyms in the area), no promises yet though.

Thanks

well, I believe if we are to not include entire parts of scentances within quotes
then they could easily be taken out of context. However, and it is a big however, the use of the brackets further qualifying the original statement more than clearly explains how said lady will be hotter in a few months due to her current fitness levels being at a midly poor standard, and one would assume that in belonging to a gym they would improve. Not infact as u, LOUD NOISES, would be left to insinuate That it is due to my penchant for a younger lady.

That is all.

Uni gyms are generally a lot cheaper than normal gyms, so Herts isn't a bad idea.
